Mackinac Island, MI… I love Mackinac Island!  Love the B&B’s, the Grand Hotel, the fort,    the street shops, the butterfly house downtown, and I love to bike around the island to see the lake views from different spots. Truly a gem.

Saugatuck, MI… One of my favorite little       villages is near Lake Michigan, full of boutiques and galleries, great restaurants like Ida Red’s. This village has been a favorite summer resort since the late 1800s. The tinier village of Douglas is just across the water and is full of its own quaint shops and galleries.

Vienna, Austria… I fell in love with the old-world charm of this wonderful city, so chock full of culture and class. What’s not to like (except the expensive lifestyle, I suppose) when the Cafe Central has the best Sachertorte and you can eat croissants and pastries every day?
